Gymshark’s Humans of Condition: In an effort to complete a vertical marathon over 11 days during November, I joined Gymshark to document a training day for Fergus Crawley and Jonathan Pain upon Ben Nevis. The duo used the challenge to raise money for the Movember charity in a bid to face your mental mountain.
